Your Virtual Assistants’ portfolio includes the unique experience of starting, managing and operating a foreign computer service and repair company in Mexico for over 10 years. After the economic downturn in the US, many young Americans began moving here and setting up businesses as “computer experts” and slowly we began to see that computer techs had saturated the existing market.

After several strategy sessions, we made the decision to entirely change our business model from a computer and web site design services business to a personal virtual assistance and business virtual assistance company whose primary mission is providing all types of administrative and specialty services to small companies, coaches and mentors.

How we came to offer Virtual Assistance Services

We re-designed our business plan and we launched a new marketing/advertising campaign. Our new business philosophy allowed us continue to utilize our administrative and technical expertise while at the same time learning new areas of business operations and acquiring new proficiencies to meet our customer’s requirements.

Meet the Virtual Assistance Team Members

VALERIE JENNINGS has a BA in Communications and over 25 years experience in the administrative and computer fields. She was also an Advertising Director for an instrument measuring company in Miami, Fl for over 7 years. She is proficient in MS Office, Word Press, In Design, Photoshop, Google Docs and Calendar, Infusionsoft, Shopping Carts and more. She is also fluent in Spanish.
JOHNNA LONDEN has an Associate Degree in Computer Networking. She is experienced with shipping management and customer service and support experience. In addition, she has scheduling and travel arrangement preparation as well as some truck routing experience along with crisis management on deliveries and rerouting to include Air Express, UPS and Fedex shipping. She is proficient in all MS Office products, Google apps, Quickbooks, Word Press and more. She possesses a strong working knowledge of Spanish
JOEL LONDEN holds an A.S. in Architectural Design and Drafting. He was owner of a web design business for over 5 years before joining our team. Further, A graphic artist with extensive knowledge of Photoshop, his portfolio consist of Book and CD cover Art, Web Graphic Design and Logo Development, Experienced with InDesign as well as Flash. Excellent for laying out your next promotion or marketing campaign. He has a working knowledge of Spanish.

SERGIO OMAR MARTINEZ is currently a language professor in Argentina. He has 14 years experience in professional Spanish teaching, corrections, revisions and proofreading. He also has private on-line Spanish classes/tutoring via Skype experience. He has experience in all of the MS Office products, Google Docs and Calendar, Word Press, Dreamweaver, and Flash.
